Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dwellings Painting Company website (the "Site") or by requesting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates provided through this Site or in person are good-faith approximations based on information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement after an on-site walkthrough and is valid for 30 days from issue. Material price changes, hidden conditions discovered after work begins, or scope changes may result in a written change order.

Workmanship Warranty

All interior and exterior work performed by Dwellings Painting Company is backed by a 3-year workmanship warranty against peeling, blistering, and chipping that is not caused by underlying structural issues, water intrusion, or normal wear. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original homeowner at the project address.

Payment

Standard residential projects are billed in two payments: a deposit at start and a balance due upon completion and homeowner walk-through approval. Larger projects may include a progress payment. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards (a 3% processing fee applies to credit transactions).

Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled project at no cost with at least 5 business days' notice. Within 5 business days, deposits cover any custom paint already mixed and any restocking fees.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and project photography — is the property of Dwellings Painting Company and is protected by copyright. We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio; let us know in writing if you'd prefer your home not be featured publicly.
